Are these dice fair?

Yes. Each die is an independent, unbiased draw from 1 to the number of sides using your browser's cryptographic random generator; there is no physics to tilt the result.

Can I use it for board games and role-playing games?

That's what it's for: 2d6 for Monopoly or Catan, 1d20 for D&D checks, d100 for percentile tables.
